Cir X-1 - below 20 mCrab
X1553-542 - ~25 mCrab (based on relatively noisy data); see also ATel No. 1345
X1630-472 - ~130 mCrab; see also ATel No. 1348
H1743-322 - the data show a number of high intensities; however, these could all be strongly affected by solar contamination; in the opinion of the reviewer (AML) it is premature to conclude that this source is in outburst (cf. ATel No. 1348). Note that this is much different from the case of X1630-472, where the results do NOT look noisy like the product of contamination.

16 February 2007 --

EXO 0748-676 - ASM fluxes are steady near 13 mCrab
Cir X-1 - remained securely below 20 mCrab and was mostly below 13 mCrab
Her X-1 - the peak intensity during the most recent "on" state (~45 mCrab) was only about half that of a typical "on" state
XTE J1701-462 - more or less steady near 330 mCrab
GX 339-4 - rose to ~730 mCrab and the spectrum became noticeably softer (but not as soft as in the middle of a typical outburst)
