Post Doctoral Fellow, 1987-1988
Instrument Scientist, 1988-Present

Center for Space Research, MIT, Cambridge MA

Worked with a team of hardware, software and QA engineers to develop and implement the on-board data system for a NASA satellite (RXTE). Managed a team of software engineers to develop ground operations and planning software in coordination with teams from UCSD and Goddard Space Flight Center. Responsible for computer purchases for the group. The satellite was launched on December 30, 1995 and has been making exciting scientific discoveries about the nature of black holes and neutron stars.
